These are older apartments with a few modern upgrades. My apartment was great for its natural lighting, laminate floors, and general quietness. The staff at Jewel, though, is the best part of this place. Drew, the office manager, is fantastic. She is incredibly friendly and responsive, taking care of maintenance requests very quickly. Adam, the maintenance manager, is also great - friendly, responsive, and caring. I'd recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable apartment in the Austin area. The location is fine for commuting downtown, and not bad for catching a bus on Riverside or heading to the hike and bike trail.

Omg! Maria (Madi) is so awsome she got me in and approved so fast and she was very professional and friendly! I give the whole moving experience a 5 star solely because she was so helpful and understanding!!!
