The location is absolutely perfect, nestled in the vibrant and eclectic Echo Park neighborhood. With its close proximity to local cafes, shops, and the beautiful Echo Park Lake, everything you need is just a short walk away. One of the standout aspects of our residency is the exceptional management by Jose, the building manager. From the moment we arrived, Jose's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay were evident. He was always available to address any questions or concerns, and his friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Jose's attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the property at the highest standards truly sets Charlie at Echo Park apart. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers all the modern amenities one could ask for. Whether you're looking for a peaceful residency or a convenient base to commute to the lively DTLA, Charlie at Echo Park is the perfect choice. I’ve been here a little over 1 year and this property has great amenities, everything was new when I moved in and it’s energy efficient. Although the transition from the original property manager Melanie, who was amazing, was an adjustment, I’m happy that our new property manager Jose has taken over and he ’s been doing a great job!
