Carlton Park is under new Management and the positive effects are evident. Leaf removal from the lawn was timely. Property Management responds immediately to phone calls and e-mail requests. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and work is completed timely. Carlton Park Apartment Community is safe and a great place to live.

*Great location, cozy living, + new proactive management We have lived here for almost 2 years and we find this place to be the best value compared to other properties in the area. It’s beautiful, quiet, and the homes are cozy and original. So far we have only had one maintenance problem (clogged tub) that was fixed the day of the request. Personally, I appreciate that these houses are built in a park + are split into 4 units, compared to living in a 7th floor apartment sharing a hallway with 10+ strangers. You really get to know your neighbors and it is something that we really appreciate. Location wise- it is in the perfect spot- 8 min from Manayunk and 15 min from Center City. The property has recently switched to a new management company (3rd one so far since living here) and they have been the most proactive solving ongoing issues in the community (ex. maintenance issues such as plumbing, AC, etc.). We really do not want to move because this place is that good and speaking to neighbors we all agree that we would not find a place that would feel like this anywhere else in this area.
