About Reece Crossings
Reece Crossings is the Army's first-ever on-base apartment community, built exclusively for unaccompanied E1 to E5 service members. Reece Crossings' all-inclusive living is designed to provide value and convenience. Free cable, high-speed Internet, selected furniture, electricity, water, trash, recycling and renter's insurance are all included in the monthly rent. No fees, deposits or credit checks. And, since each resident has their own lease, service members are only responsible for their portion of the rent, even if their roommate moves out. You can't find that off base! Our apartments include a full-size washer dryer, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. Each bedroom suite has lockable doors, private bathrooms and walk-in closets, personal climate controls, private lockable storage for military gear per bedroom. They feature roomy kitchens with built-in microwave and breakfast bar, spacious living room for socializing, and $20,000 renter's insurance included for each apartment. Our community amenities include, 24-hour community clubhouse, refreshing pool, Cyber café with charging stations and FREE Wi-Fi access, weightlifting and fitness rooms, state-of-the-art clubroom with multiple flat-screen TVs, including a 90 inch TV, and video gaming. Our outdoor amenities feature, outdoor grilling and picnic pavilions, basketball and volleyball courts, one-mile running trail and motorcycle parking Close to the Shoppette, Exchange, Commissary, barbershop and the bowling alley, active duty service members are just a short walk away from popular on-base amenities.
