Joey is the Conceirge at Serenity, and is the most amazing human ever. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and get what they need to feel right at home. Joey made the pandemic seem like just a minor inconvenience with making sure the quadruple influx of packages and maintenance requests were handled properly and timely all by himself! The service he provides is nothing but exceptional and above and beyond. So lucky to have him in our lives.

I've been a tenant since 2017 and I like it here. My favorite amenity at Serenity Place is the Concierge service, specifically Joey Evans. His customer service is unequaled! He consistently goes above and beyond with whatever the need, however he can assist. He is both professional and personable to all residents AND our pets! PLUS, his hair is a work of art and he isn't hard on the eyes :)
