Living space is nice, big windows. High rent and laundry prices. Management is hard to get in touch with/slower to respond. Pros: New, great location, utilities included Cons: Expensive for the size, can hear everything the people above you/next to you do, parking can be tricky Owners/management seem a touch incompetent - they had the wrong street address of THEIR OWN apartment building on the lease when I first moved in. They also failed to send me a rent renewal price increase notice even though they claimed that they did.

I haven’t lived here but I toured the building and some units. The building is nicely decorated and feels clean. The units are really tiny lofts priced the same or more as 1 bedrooms in the area. The downstairs living area is too small to fit a couch and there isn’t a traditional stovetop or oven in the kitchen. All units also come with a full size bed. It feels like a dorm. Also laundry is $2 per wash or dry and every other place we toured was less. It feels like a new establishment that cares most about profit. It may be a good setup for one student if they don’t mind overpaying for what they’re getting. All utilities+wifi are included in the rent price though. This would be a cool option if they were priced to match their size.
