All units feature granite countertops in the kitchen, dishwashers, microwaves, washers and dryers. Many units come with an additional den that can be a home office, weight-room, or extra space as you see fit. Many units also come with either a balcony or deck. All of our third floor units have loft designs, which offer very open and bright atmospheres. We have underground parking available, and offer controlled access for an added level of security. We offer studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and 4BR units. Our building is less than 0.5 miles from: - Light Rail Station - Mercer Island Park and Ride. - Grocery stores, gas stations, local shops, restaurants, and banks. And less than 200 yards from: - Mercerdale Park - Sunday Farmer's Market - School bus pick up and drop off We accept pets with a weight limit of 25 lbs. Refundable pet deposit is $300/pet. Additional Pet fee is $300/pet. Pet Rent is $55/pet/month. Controlled Access Parking is $100/space/month. Lived here for two years. I overall enjoyed it except for some caveats. Some pros are: Competitive rates for the area and I had no trouble parking in the rite aid parking lot. Maintenance was quick in responding. No neighbor issues. I would have rated higher except they really overcharge on the move out. For examples, George charged me for the routine carpet cleaning and $120 to repaint the whole wall due to a single small nail hole. (Pretty sure both of these are against WA law) So all in all I ended up being charged close to $1k. Other caveats are: - It's right by occasional loud noise makers. There's a fire station directly to the southeast and dumpsters in that direction that would loudly get emptied before 5am. - on the south side the rite aid parking lot lights brightly shine right into the windows on the second floor and the blinds don't handle it at all. - there isn't a way to buzz your visitors to the second floor. You have to go down and get them.
