New Manager George is helpful. Old one Robin was not that helpful. She helped but not in a good mood while doing it.

Lived here for two years. I overall enjoyed it except for some caveats. Some pros are: Competitive rates for the area and I had no trouble parking in the rite aid parking lot. Maintenance was quick in responding. No neighbor issues. I would have rated higher except they really overcharge on the move out. For examples, George charged me for the routine carpet cleaning and $120 to repaint the whole wall due to a single small nail hole. (Pretty sure both of these are against WA law) So all in all I ended up being charged close to $1k. Other caveats are: - It's right by occasional loud noise makers. There's a fire station directly to the southeast and dumpsters in that direction that would loudly get emptied before 5am. - on the south side the rite aid parking lot lights brightly shine right into the windows on the second floor and the blinds don't handle it at all. - there isn't a way to buzz your visitors to the second floor. You have to go down and get them.
