There is a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants all within walking distance in the Pike Pine corridor as well as a vibrant night life to explore in any direction. Go car-less and enjoy this walker's paradise (100 score) or catch the nearby Link Light rail (or Metro bus) to your next destination. This spacious studio receives great natural light, has vinyl plank throughout, and a fresh coat of paint. There is on-site laundry and management to help with your needs. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 monthly utility for water, sewer, garbage. This building does not allow smoking or dogs. Cats are welcome.
