I have lived in many apartments and I have to say Charter Oaks and its staff are amazing. Super friendly. And when an issue arrives they are on it asap. I highly recommend Charter Oaks . 100%. I’ve reviewed before and happy to do it again. I’ve lived here four years. It’s been a great experience. The apartments are older but nice and the complex is VERY well maintained. It’s small and personable and feels like home. The staff is amazing and always so helpful and understanding. Stefanie goes above and beyond and makes you feel like this is truly your home. Leah is kind and willing to help in any way she can if you have a challenging situation arise. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and so nice! It’s animal friendly and the neighbors have been great! Here’s looking forward to several more years.
