I just recently moved into the Raintree apartments and had the best experience. Moving and finding a new place is challenging to say the least, however, connecting with Chrystine Moreno made this move the easiest and most comfortable experience. She was so kind and patient with me, understanding and extremely supportive. I've had some rough experiences with property managers in the past and this was like no other. Any issues I've have she has helped me even outside of her scheduled hours. I could not be more happy. I feel safe and heard and I'm so happy to be here. Much love Chrystine, thank you for helping me find a home.

I lived here for the last year and had a terrible experience. Serious rat problem and horribly messy trash room. The building is musty and painted over with many coats of paint. Very difficult to contact the right people for help. Maintenance was slow, and often they never came, even with two or three follow up calls. Like my heat broke in February and was never fixed. We had power outages weekly and the area can be really noisy especially during school hours and from the stadium. Would not recommend moving here at all, -5 stars.

Oh raintree- where to start. Rats everywhere, garbage everywhere. No working elevator. Our unit has no ventilation other than an open unused (but disgustingly unclean) laundry shoot that extends all the way to the basement with no screen or safety measures (we have cats who could easily fall to their deaths in our bathroom “ventilation”) It reeks of poop and old garbage when you step foot in the lobby, no matter what. They try to spray stuff to make it reek less but it won’t! Just makes it smell like a huge diaper. Atlas property management won’t help with anything unless you threaten to sue for 5 months, in fact they’ll effectively gaslight and ghost you into complacency. We moved from one of their other buildings to here because they allowed us to fester in raw sewage that was leaking from our ceilings on and off from May 6th until the end of October (we finally moved on November 5th, so I’m being generous with the timeline) while we called ALL of their numbers listed ANYWHERE online, begging them to help. Emails too. They would either respond by giving us the runaround or quite literally block us. For five months. They allowed the sewage to cause black mold to grow in our unit, then they moved us here, to the raintree, after we began pursuing a lawsuit and told them. They are currently refusing to give us the results of the mold test they did in our old unit at The Winona. They’ve had the results for at least a week now. Don’t rent from atlas if you can help it. Photos attached are of the mold and first two sewage ceiling leaks, but rest assured we had 4 distinct leaks in our ceiling, in 2 separate rooms over the span of 5 months. The bubbles shown did EVENTUALLY get popped by maintenance but they did also subsequently did leak all over our belongings and bodies, since they punctured the bubbles with a friggin’ pocket knife and bucket and left claiming they “fixed” it. We finally got Ulysses from maintenance to help us, who seems to be the only kind and competent person at Atlas. Thank you my dude for actually calling a plumber after the fourth leak. Employees with atlas have admitted to me that they are purposefully illegally understaffing the maintenance team, and often the higher ups will filter what the maintenance crew actually sees on the maintenance portal. I do halfway expect atlas to respond to this giving a half assed sorry like their other reviews, but I’m just trying to warn other renters in Portland that this place is ran by incompetent demons.
