I just recently moved into the Raintree apartments and had the best experience. Moving and finding a new place is challenging to say the least, however, connecting with Chrystine Moreno made this move the easiest and most comfortable experience. She was so kind and patient with me, understanding and extremely supportive. I've had some rough experiences with property managers in the past and this was like no other. Any issues I've have she has helped me even outside of her scheduled hours. I could not be more happy. I feel safe and heard and I'm so happy to be here. I lived here for the last year and had a terrible experience. Serious rat problem and horribly messy trash room. The building is musty and painted over with many coats of paint. Very difficult to contact the right people for help. Maintenance was slow, and often they never came, even with two or three follow up calls. Like my heat broke in February and was never fixed. We had power outages weekly and the area can be really noisy especially during school hours and from the stadium. Would not recommend moving here at all, -5 stars.
