It all depends on what you are looking for. This is pretty simple apartment complex, with all the basic needs, and especially the location is great. Of course, if you are looking for brand new apartment, then this is not brand new, but it is matching with the price and what they offer. I had seen crazy prices for properties around, so If you are looking for something affordable, this is a great place to live. I have been living here for 2.5 years, all I can say is great. Last year mgmt changed, they have done so much work, like renovated the complex, buildings and some apartments. I know that they will be remodeling the rest apartments as well. I had an issue with refrigerator, and Brandon was quick even at this Covid 19 time, and came and fixed everything. Cheers!

I lived at Tamasha last year and I loved it! I was showing my friend the apartment online and I saw the reviews and I couldn't believe it! I had none of the issues that were mentioned and management was great! If there were any problems they were quick to respond. The only thing I can think is that most of the reviews were old, before the new management. The location is great and the apartment complex has a homey feel to it, much better than a giant complex.
