If you want to live in the Heart of Portland. This is the place to be. Great Management. Great Location. Walk to the Farmers Market on the weekends. Yes the city does have their share of homeless people, but tell me what city doesn't. If you want to live in an historic building, then this is the place to live. The architecture of the building is amazing. Move into Westfal apartments and enjoy being so close to Everything.
