Been here going on 4 years. When we've had any maintenance issues, they are quickly resolved. They have modernized ways to contact the office, not only through email, and phone but the app allows you to request maintenance as well. They have been renovating the units. Ours is not, but that has been personal choice at this point but I've been in my friend's unit and it is very nice. Generally speaking things are quiet here and mostly just families. We all sort of look out for each other. No issues with management at all. The ladies who work together managing the buildings are always willing to address any concerns we have had. We were here with previous manager and while we didn't have any issues, I can vouch that she was a little scary. I didn't want to get on her bad side. These are older units. The price is very good for Redmond though....it allows us to save a little money which is very important now with inflation. If you need high end perfection designer everything in your life well....whatever. It's all about priorities, right? We are happy with a safe environment that is regularly cleaned with maintenance when needed at a price that's affordable.

I noticed the reviews of some are bad but I've had zero problems here and it's cheap for where it's at in Redmond.
