Maintenance:
They have proffessional maintenance person, helpful and responsive, really knows what he is doing.
Andy you are all in one.
Right person in the right place.
Spray insectiside:
I recommend the management to take care of spray insecticide the entrances of ground floors such as spiders and Cockroaches.

Lower priced rent than most of Kirkland. An older complex but very well-maintained--manager and maintenance tech are very easy to work with--problems are remedied quickly. Complex is generally quiet, especially after 10 p.m. Free covered parking space and lots of visitor parking. The only negative is that there isn't much insulation between apartments, so living on the top floor is the way to go if you're sensitive to neighbor noise. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good solid place near schools and buslines.
Anyone who leaves a bad review on this place is a very stubborn and entitled person. I’ve lived here for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with the maintenance, the quick email responses from management, and the community. It feels very homey. The apartments are definitely soundproof, and honestly, I have no complaints yet.

The place is nice and quiet with a lovely green field, not just some boring parking lot. Plus, the management is super responsive—any questions we have get answered in no time at all!
I loved living at Villa Bonita! The leasing manager and maintenance team were great to work with and handle so much. My renovated unit was very modern and spacious. No complaints about the property! :)

Lived here for 2 years with my partner and 2 cats in a 1-bed, 1-bath apartment.
Pros:
* The apartment was spacious (700+ sq ft), and
* quite affordable for the area ($1500).
* It was quiet and secluded from the main road,
* the grounds were well kept, and
* maintenance was timely.
* Parking is WONDERFUL lots of open spaces for guests while being close to the buildings themselves.
* It's within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, main bus routes, and gas stations. Perfect for people working in Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, or even Bothell.
* After a year, the lease got even more flexible in terms of length.
* Utilities are lumped into rent price when it's due (very convenient).
* non-smoking (if you're bothered by it)
Cons:
* Landlord can be bit hard to get a hold of, because it's run by just one lady doing her best.
* smallish kitchen
* not many amenities (no gym, pool, lounge, or rec room, no microwave)
* traffic on main road can be pretty bad during rush hours
* wall divisions make apartment sometimes feel smaller than it is
* walls a bit thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor snoring sometimes.
* non-smoking (if you're a smoker)
Perfect for students or small families.

We have lived in this community since 2018, and it truly has become home. The maintenance supervisor Andy has always been responsive, helpful, and professional. The grounds work is incredible, always cut grass and no eyesores. Beautiful area minutes from anything you could need. Happy to be here.
