Just moved here yesterday from the sister property, The Summit which had been a great experience as well. Got a larger apartment with way more room, 2 more closets and washer/dryer connections, worth the money! Staff as always been great. As a resident for 8 months with the same staff here, my experience has been nothing short from perfect. Anytime I have questions, I enjoy stopping by the office to ask in person and resolve things there. Rhonda and Lesley are the best, and are always available to help at any moment, they have helped me so much with my concerns (if any) and always check up on me to ensure everything is running smoothly. (I could not ask for more). You can also pick up packages there as well, sometimes when they can, they even have called me to let me know my packages have arrived! They have been VERY patient with any of my concerns (rent changes, parking, maintenance, etc). Most of the time, they know what my concerns are before I ask and always resolve anything in a timely fashion. As a new resident to Dallas, Texas from Corpus Christi, Texas, I feel a sense of security and comfort living in this area as well as having a great relationship with the staff. Concerning the apartments, they are awesome! My one bed apt. is a lot bigger my bedroom feels HUGE. Having a king sized bed, my room used to feel small. Now, it feels like I have enough room to move around and to do what I want with ease. The closet space is good as well. The kitchen is larger from my last apartment and has our cute patio right outside the sliding door which is perfect to open while cooking and to enjoy your meal outside/relax. The other residents around are kind, consisting of mostly young families and adults. Everyone appears to be friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. There are dog parks around to walk your animals. Laundry room if you need them if you do not have washer/dryer connections. I am very happy with our apartment and do not look to leaving anytime soon. Tom Thumb is nearby for groceries, a Shell for gas. 24 hour Fitness if you need another gym and local hospitals if necessary. I love that most resources that I need are close in proximity to these apartments as well. If you are thinking about living here, I would definitely stop by and check them out!

I can not say enough wonderful things about both Woodbridge and the Summit at midtown. The office staff (especially Lesly Peralta) is so kind hearted and helpful. They go above and beyond to get you taken care of and making sure your happy. Work orders are done soooooo fast, most times next day if not the same day. I remember putting in one for the AM and them having fixed before I got home from work at 6:00pm. Floor plans, Woodbridge apartments has such a huge floor plan for such a great price. If I ever needed to back track closer to Dallas area I will for sure be back here, no question. :)
