Pet policy: No pets Smoking policy: No smoking anywhere on premises Tenant pays for electric and water, and will be billed back for gas and garbage. Tenants are responsible for yard care. NOTE: Lease term is for six months, as owner may move in after that time. - SECURITY DEPOSIT The security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month’s rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required. If applicable, the additional amount will be: * An extra half-month’s rent for properties located within Portland city limits * An extra full month’s rent for properties outside Portland In addition, a $500 pet deposit is required for each pet.
