Since I moved here it has been a delight. The management team is friendly and easy to contact. The property is quiet and very clean. I’m happy I made the decision to move here.

From downtown to uptown I’ve seen a ton of Apts & they all look & feel the same (boxey w/ decent interiors at best!!) When I visited the Destination I was immediately impressed with the interiors of the units. From high end stainless appliances to upgraded cabinetry, to the beautiful wood flooring, to the designer bathrooms & modern lighting. These units were definitely giving luxury condo vibes, nothing like the other basic apts! Their unique layouts made me want to call them home. I’ve lived in high-end apt buildings with huge amenity centers & state of the art gyms but the actual units in most of these buildings were lacking, from a basic design, to mediocre interiors & boxey layouts. A lot of companies put a ton of money on their amenities but fall short when it comes to the residential units. The Destination is definitely different, a boutique apt community that gives you the “best bang for your buck!” I’ve literally seen all of the Apts in the downtown area & lived in a few & honey they DO NOT compare when it comes to the style of the actual unit & the price point. Sometimes in life you get lucky & cross paths with people & places that just feel good to your soul, for me this was one of those places. And although the Destination was perfect for me, there’s no such thing as a truly perfect apt…like other apts you’ll have a few noisy neighbors & small things that could use a tweak but even with that, the overall quality & uniqueness is unmatched at the Destination! Here’s a few takeaways to help you out: Thank me later! 😉 -Attentive, on-site security (all night) -Gated parking garage(s) w/ security cameras -Great leasing staff w/ a very supportive manger, (Suzy was very helpful & Stephanie was great with giving insight & assistance on my specific situation!) -Super nice maintenance & house keepers (Shout out to the maintenance guy who helped me with my dresser!) -Beautiful interiors w/ a homey, condo feel. -Amazing downtown/or city views! -Gym is smaller in size but equipped with the essentials. -Nice resident lounge area w/ coffee bar in main lobby. -Would love to see onsite vending machines for residents.
