Andrea at viva has been extremely extremely helpful and resourceful to help me not only tour at viva, but also made my cross-country move to Seattle go very smoothly. I had so many issues with setting up electricity, paperwork etc and Andrea has been very accommodating and helpful. I cannot imagine how my move would have been elsewhere. Absolutely love this place thanks to Andrea; She is the best 😁

I moved in not too long ago, but I've really enjoyed my time here so far! Adam and Felicia in the Leasing Office are friendly and very responsive to any questions / comments / concerns, and I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Lance who just started as the Maintenance Supervisor(?) who has been fantastic (My maintenance requests are at least inspected, if not wholly solved, within 24-48 hours). Thank you, Viva team. :)
