I’ve lived here for years and this place has literally saved my life. I love the staff here and I love my home. The on-site manager, (Tom) is such a kind hearted person and has shown me the most compassion of anyone I’ve ever met in my life. When I moved into this place 4 years ago, he made sure I had toilet paper, soap, and even paper towels regular towels and dish detergent all set out for me on the counter. This property is managed by SMI, the worst company for apartments with their terrible reviews and customer service. I got to the apartments for a tour, found no office and decided to call. I already scheduled before hand to check the unit out and said to come to the units location.The lady answering was very rude and had a tone already before I called. Said I had to go to their main office all across town to pickup the key, go back to the apartment and then return the key. I travel by bus and it takes an hour there and back. I didn't end up seeing the unit because of the rudeness and unprofessional way they handle the tour. Never come here, people were blasting Mexican music also.
