The Fairmount Park Trail begins right at the community winding its way down to Minto Brown Island Park. This 1,200-acre park includes a playground, picnic tables, off leash dog park, basketball courts, and a ball field. Our small community offers amazing views of the valley from a private balcony or patio. Some of our apartment homes have been upgraded with Quartz counters, white soft closing cabinets and updated flooring. Our One, Two and Three-bedroom apartments range from 850 square feet to 1,800 square feet and feature an open floor plan with washer and dryer and air conditioning. In addition, residents will also enjoy an outdoor community space with bocci ball, and picnic area. And for your convenience we also have covered parking. Call for a tour today!

Very happy living at Fairmount Park as: Responsive management (Cheyenne ), good value, close to hiking trails /Mento Brown, large windows with beautiful view, covered parking, quiet residents, new fitness center, semi close to downtown yet away from traffic.... :)
