We currently have a 3 and 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, two-story townhouses available. All homes come with a fenced backyard, and free covered parking. This pet friendly property welcomes furry friends of all types with additional pet rent of $30 per pet, and a pet deposit of $300 per pet. Laundry hookups in each unit! LEASE DETAILS: - Lease Terms: 12 Month Lease - Application Fee Through Breakwater Website: $55/person over 18 years old - Renter's insurance required up to $100,000 in liability coverage - Tenants responsible for Electricity. Water, sewer, gas billed back at flat fee of $65/month. - Pets: Up to two pets permitted, $300 pet deposit per pet required, $30/month pet rent To Move in: First months rent and deposit due at signing, within 24 hours of approval. Applicants with incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicants are considered in order received.
