The kitchen is large with lots of cabinet space. Both bedrooms are a good size with closets. There is a shared laundry room available to this apartment and the apartment upstairs. There is a drive way, if you park intelligently you should be able to fit two normal sized vehicles in the drive way. There is also off street parking in the back, just off the alley. DO NOT pull through the lawn and all they way up to the building. The parking is right off the alley not the whole back yard. Pet Deposit is $500 plus pet rent of $25 per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
