3 Bedroom home, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a closet. Spacious living room and kitchen. Bathroom has shower/Tub, washer and dryer are furnished and on the main level of the home. Large yard and plenty of off street parking. High efficiency natural gas furnace, central AC, stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. Off street parking for multiple vehicles on concrete slab. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
