The living room and bedroom will be getting new sheet vinyl laid on the floors, the kitchen is having the washer and dryer added to it. 813 N Main is a single level one bedroom house. First when you enter the door is the living room. The living room is central to the house and leads to the kitchen one way and to the bedroom the other way. The kitchen is where the washer and dryer are located and the back door for easy access to the two car garage. The bedroom is a good size with a nice closet. Access to the bathroom is in the bedroom. There is not much for a back yard because of the large two car garage, in addition to the two parking spaces in the garage there is additional parking on the driveway off the alley. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer and garbage is through the city of Mitchell. Gas and Electricity is through NorthWestern Energy. Any desired cable and internet would be through Midco. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
