Entering in the front door is a small entry way with a coat rack which leads to the living room. The living room is large. The door to the first bedroom is in the living room. This bedroom is a good size with a nice closet. Next is the large formal dining room. There is a small hallway leading to two more bedrooms and the main floor full bathroom. The main floor full bathroom has nice storage and a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is a good size with lots of cabinets for storage. The basement has rooms for storage. There is a fourth bedroom in the basement and a half bath room. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. The back yard is quite large. There is a garage in the back yard with off street parking off the alley. Pet deposit is $750 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent & deposit. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
