Everyone is entitled to their opinion so I’m writing mine! Been living here 2 months, have no complaints so far! I love my cute apt. Great location, and Carolyn has been great to me and helping me with everything and answering my questions.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The manger is absolutely unprofessional. We had the absolute worst experience living here. When we had toured the apartment we were also told that there would be a remodel and absolutely nothing changed. The manger would come to our apartment unannounced and would bang on our door and living room window. Besides this she would also threaten us and try to intimidate us as well. There is no assigned parking which means you can park anywhere but residents keep there broken down cars parked in the parking spots as well. Our water would shut off multiple times without any type of notice. The company she works for(tecton) is just as bad as her. They have no cameras at the apartment and when our car was vandalized she said she could not do anything. She also did not mention that our electricity was not included which resulted in our electricity turning off unexpectedly and us having to pay a certain amount to turn it back on. We were not the only ones who had to deal with the endless inconveniences. She does not care about her tenants and is very money hungry. If your looking for a apartment that will stress you the hell out it’s this one! lol
