We just moved in and we're loving it so far! Our leasing experience was fantastic. Richard is very helpful and professional -- definitely the best representative we met at any of the places we toured across LA. The process was smooth and pretty painless, and the apartment is exactly what we need. The community is quiet but close to a lot of great spots. Highly recommend!

I've been living here for just over a year and I've really enjoyed it. The location is great, close to downtown of Glendale, we have access to several nearby establishments. I have a habit of doing everything walking. The management team, Josh and Richard, are great professionals and are very helpful. We did a unit transfer that was very fluid and smooth. Leonard, who works in maintenance, is also a great professional, super kind and fast. Recently I have seen many improvements being made and I look forward to seeing their plans for the future.
