I’ve lived here for a little over a year. The rent is a good deal for what you get—great amenities, clean, well maintained, nice diverse community, kind staff (special shout out to Maria and Effie). Maintenance fixes things super quickly. The neighborhood is fantastic and transit here is amazing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’re across the street from the arena and while you can see the New Year’s fireworks from the roof, sometimes there’s noise and traffic.

I lived at Astro for almost two years (2022-2024) and was very pleased with my experience! I would definitely recommend living here! Pros: - Secure package delivery including Amazon lockers and a backroom that is locked at night for larger packages - Apartment was very quiet, never heard neighbors - Great views from my apartment of the Space Needle and ocean and from the roof that is usually fairly empty - Great and responsive staff that helped me with any questions - Timely maintenance staff Cons: - The parking spots are admittedly pretty small, but I never had any issues with my neighbors parking poorly or anything - It does get loud on event days at Climate Pledge and traffic will be bad around the apartment, usually only on Friday nights
