The apartment also includes both a front and back door for added convenience. Each unit comes with an individual 6.6 x 3.5 ft storage room—perfect for your bicycle and gear—located near the shared laundry room. Additional amenities include an on-site coin-operated laundry and ample street parking near the unit. Landlord provides garbage service and landscaping. The tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and all other utilities. Water/sewer will be back billed to residents using a RUBS system dependent on occupancy. $1,295.00 per month, $1,295.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month with be prorated. Proof of renter’s insurance is required before move-in. One-year lease.
