Pacific Heights is conveniently located with quick access to I-5 and near The Commons at Federal Way mall, Wild Waves Theme Park and a multitude of dining options. We have 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans, full-size washer/dryer and a wood burning fireplace. Our community features a clubhouse with a fitness center and free Wi-Fi, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. I love how friendly the staff was while on the tour of the were very informative and knowledgeable. The property manager Latricia was very welcoming and very helpful. I can’t wait to rent with this property!

I have been living here for over a year now and the new office staff is great, they are very communicative. The maintenance work gets done fast. The pool and gym has been great and the property is always kept very nice.
