This is the place to call your new home. With you in mind, we custom-designed these five-story aPodment suites to be as vibrant as the area that surrounds them. Terrazza has common kitchens located on the mid-floors for your cooking pleasure, a rooftop deck with awe-inspiring views, and patios for your lounging or entertaining needs. Laundry and bike storage are also located on-site for your convenience. What more could you ask for? Leasing Information: • Application fee: $50 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. • Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs) move in. • Deposit: $500 on approved credit. • Utilities are Flat Rate of $100 which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, electricity, and trash. All utilities will be on your portal. • Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit reporting • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome.
