I am a new resident and would like to share my personal experience living at TEAK. I can't express how the Management team/staff are professional & personable like Nicole Rico, Angelia Muniz, Justin Jenkins and maintenance is fast and gets it fixed the first time they come out. I'm deeply amazed with TEAK teams effort not only the of improvement to the property to high standard of living for their resident. Especially, neighbors are friendly and respectful even though everyone may not meet face to face and talk to each other there is a genuine care when we see each other around the property. Everyone is always courteous. I can't address enough concerns about security & safety. TEAK Living proven as a top priority of awareness to ensure their residents safety 24/7. Also, the team is working toward creating a strong community building by putting on difference events of gathering for the residents to enjoy through out. Howdy Hey Good Neighbor I have come to edit my review. I would like to express that it has been awhile since I’ve been to this place and I have been encouraged by the changes that have taken place. I have become aware that many of my concerns have been addressed, fixed, and they are indeed bringing this whole project to completion. I do miss that view. It was spectacular. I do miss that location. Super convenient to every where you want to go. I did feel safe and welcomed here. The staff AND the construction staff were always very pleasant and supporting even during some of my human unkindness. I hope that you will check this place out, be certain to ask questions that pertain to your lifestyle, and that you enjoy the stay as much as I have in the past.
