I was offered a temporary contract in New York and am currently looking for someone to sublet my furnished apartment for January and February. I am flexible with dates if you are interested in staying longer since my lease is until the end of June. Price includes utilities (trash, water, gas and electric) and Verizon FIOS is also available for an additional $100/month if you are interested in cable, internet and phone service. This is a quiet garden-style community with a fitness center, pool, playground, business center, clubhouse, free onsite parking and very close to the Kingstowne movie theater, shopping centers and restaurants. Van Dorn Metro Station is just one mile away from the apartment and the community offers shuttle service on weekdays during rush hour. Old Town Alexandria and Downtown DC are easily accessible from Van Dorn Metro Station or just a short drive with easy access to I-495, I-95 and I-395.
