Five stars only because the Walcott maintenance team is truly excellent. Eduardo has helped us feel comfortable in our unit from move-in day all the way through now almost the end of our lease. He is personable, friendly and highly experienced in any field a tenant could possibly need help in. His colleague, Sal, has also helped us with any concerns or maintenance issues that came up. Requests were always looked into and completed promptly and with care. Again, amazing maintenance team all around. I would also like to highlight Jennifer from the leasing office as she has always been helpful and sweet. The higher management has let our household down in a few aspects and I would have to give a bit of a lower rating if it wasn’t for Eduardo, Sal and Jennifer who have made us feel cared for and welcome at all times. The amenities, especially the gym and outside area are also worth mentioning as they are very competitive and clean. Overall a good experience but mostly because the pointed out staff has made up for many inconveniences from higher up.
