The bathroom includes LVP flooring, eco-friendly toilet, modern vanity with storage and medicine cabinet, and a full-sized bathtub/shower! There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement of the building as well - no need to leave the building to do your laundry! There is a $30.00 charge for water usage due in addition to rent each month. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet separate from rent. Cats allowed with additional pet deposit! Sorry, no dogs permitted.
