The staff is very friendly and prompt to answer questions and meet your needs . The buildings are well maintained daily . There are many units here but it seems like a small community because of the professional courteous Kimball Court staff . They do their jobs like it matters. I enjoy this compared to newer apartments where the amenities are advertised with the latest upgrades but you move in and you find out the person who served you on move in quit . The people are committed here and do their best . It makes living here a better place even if issues arise . They are taken care of and you feel supported. People matter .
