I have lived at Ava North Point for a year and have nothing but glowing feedback to provide. The location is unparalleled with the proximity to the green and orange lines and Lechmere bus stops. It’s a very dog friendly community with a lovely park close to the property that has restaurants and Lamplighter Brewing. The outdoor pool is a rare find with Boston-area rentals. The gas grills and eating area make outdoor cooking and dining very enjoyable during mild weather. Most importantly, everyone on the staff is incredibly responsive to include the manager, leasing staff, concierge staff, and maintenance team. I am truly blown away by the first class service I’ve received whenever I have submitted a maintenance work order..huge props to Stephen and Jose! I’m happy to call Ava North Point home.
