I typically don't leave reviews however, I couldn't resist with our fabulous experience. I have lived in this community for over a year now. I love it here because the environment here is beautiful and the location is amazing. The elementary school that the complex is zoned to is absolutely fantastic. The Manager, Courtney, is very kind and good person. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, I called the office and Roy quickly came to check and understood the problem and fixed the problem promptly. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment... Thanks to the staff to be so quick to solve any issues! I highly recommend you looking into the property!

I have lived at Legacy at Cypress since 2021. My most recent time at the complex has been my most pleasant and positive experience. Fernando and the property manager have been very patient, kind and accommodating to me and my family. Even when they are very busy, they make the time to help me and answer my questions.
