Everything has been great since the takeover! Sofia is a breath of fresh air and is very attentive and offers a quick time response to any issues that I may have had. She is very patient and you can tell she cares about her residents. Lucero is also nice and welcoming as well. I am happy to have them here and feel much better about my stay at the property.

I highly recommend living at Rise Highland Park. Location is amazing. Proximity to Love Field, uptown and downtown Dallas are mere minutes away. Short ride to area nightlife and restaurants. Whole Foods Market and Kroger are close by. Having Dallas Public Library Oak Lawn Branch is a great resource to have nearby. Plus, management team of RiseHP has been great at maintaining a positive relationship with their tenants. Donut give away, wine get togethers, patio decoration contests and even a can food drive during the holidays, all indicate that they are involved with the community. Upon moving away from the property, the mgmt team was great with my transition and I leave knowing how great it was to call this place my home. I highly recommend Rise Highland Park.

I can truly say I really appreciate the extremely hard work the staff in the office and the maintenance people put into this complex to make it a place that I am proud to call home. It really has a family feel here, and has improved much more than the last management staff that was here. There are always events sponsored to get us to meet & greet each other, and get us to know our neighbors. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is always expedited immediately (I like that) and they clean up behind themselves and leave it better than they found it (I love that.) Wherever you are living, you might want to consider being neighbors with US. Thank you office and maintenance staff, keep up the wonderful work! It is a very welcomed change and greatly appreciated.

I’ve been a resident since 2023 and have seen a huge turnaround since we got new management! Sofia and her team(Lucero, Adrian, and Julio) have truly been a blessing to the community. From keeping residents informed to making much needed improvements… I’m happy I decided to renew my lease! I especially love the fact that they are very inclusive! Whenever we get updates, management sends communication in both English and Spanish. Plus, they host monthly social gatherings which allows residents to stay connected to each other. I highly recommend renting at Rise Highland Park! You’ll be in the heart of Oaklawn plus you’ll get to experience Sofia and her amazing staff! They’re quick, friendly and always make you feel included. See you soon neighbor!
