It's my first time renting a place on my own.The management (shawn) and the Maintenance team are great people. The apartments are well kept up with. service orders are prompt and completed in a timely matter. I'm enjoying my stay.

I love Burl South and couldn't recommend it more. I've lived here for about 3 years and plan on signing a lease for the upcoming 4th year. The maintenance staff is amazing, so friendly, and generally get to your request within a day. Only on rare occasions or holidays has it taken more than 1 business day to complete a maintenance request. The pool is always the perfect temperature and the little courtyard can be so picturesque. I love how small this apartment community is as I've lived in huge complexes before and it was always a nightmare. Somehow all our neighbors are always so kind and interesting! Additionally the property manager, Shawn, is so nice and helpful. I work in housing and know how terrible property management can treat tenants but I can assure you Shawn is respectful and takes what you say seriously. It's very refreshing, actually.
