Robbie (Robert), Isabella, and Donovan are ALL awesome staff, not to mention Won, the maintenance person. Isabella, and Donovan took the time and extra care with helping a relative process the required paper work after he had been hit on Midvale Ave while crossing the street by a moving vehicle near the front of the property. The company hired by the owner/Avenue 5, Right Source who review the forms for MFTE, created barriers which made it difficult to complete the process in a timely manner. It took almost 3 months to be approved. I was directly in contact and involved with the staff at GEO, scanning, printing, and provided whatever was needed. The compliance company is unorganized, and should be evaluated, modified or changed to reduce harm and frustration during the process. The experience with the MFTE apartment at GEO was unfortunate due to the inability of Right Source to process documents efficiently. I was disappointed to learn today that Robbie, the manager, is no longer working at GEO!! Robbie always went the extra mile to accommodate any concerns, and help out. He was valuable to the neighboring property residents, who were actively engaging with the Shoreline Traffic control department to address issues that impact pedestrian safety and vehicle unauthorized parking blocking entry and resident access here on Midvale Ave 180th. I wish the property all the best and hope that the new manager can fill Robbie's shoes. Resident Neighbor to GEO Property and Community Advocate.

We recently moved into this apartment and it was a total mess. From inconsistency from the leasing, intentional omission of vital information and nonchalant attitude after getting you to sign the lease. In addition to this, the apartment was not cleaned for the new residents. Everywhere was left in such a mess. We had high expectations for this apartment but we were totally disappointed. Update. We spoke with the management and they were able to resolve our issue. I’m editing the stars to 5 for now. The location is good. 👍
