Robbie (Robert), Isabella, and Donovan are ALL awesome staff, not to mention Won, the maintenance person. Isabella, and Donovan took the time and extra care with helping a relative process the required paper work after he had been hit on Midvale Ave while crossing the street by a moving vehicle near the front of the property. The company hired by the owner/Avenue 5, Right Source who review the forms for MFTE, created barriers which made it difficult to complete the process in a timely manner. It took almost 3 months to be approved. I was directly in contact and involved with the staff at GEO, scanning, printing, and provided whatever was needed. The compliance company is unorganized, and should be evaluated, modified or changed to reduce harm and frustration during the process. The experience with the MFTE apartment at GEO was unfortunate due to the inability of Right Source to process documents efficiently. I was disappointed to learn today that Robbie, the manager, is no longer working at GEO!! Robbie always went the extra mile to accommodate any concerns, and help out. He was valuable to the neighboring property residents, who were actively engaging with the Shoreline Traffic control department to address issues that impact pedestrian safety and vehicle unauthorized parking blocking entry and resident access here on Midvale Ave 180th. I wish the property all the best and hope that the new manager can fill Robbie's shoes. Resident Neighbor to GEO Property and Community Advocate.

We recently moved into this apartment and it was a total mess. From inconsistency from the leasing, intentional omission of vital information and nonchalant attitude after getting you to sign the lease. In addition to this, the apartment was not cleaned for the new residents. Everywhere was left in such a mess. We had high expectations for this apartment but we were totally disappointed. Update. We spoke with the management and they were able to resolve our issue. I’m editing the stars to 5 for now. The location is good. 👍

***Update 8.6.22**** Thankfully, the new property manager (Robbie) and the manager above Robbie (Jamie) - both responded to one of my emails. Robbie sat down with me and reviewed the inaccurate charges, made changes where needed and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I appreciate his respect, attention to detail and kindness with resolving the errors made on my account. Andrew is no longer with this complex. Hopefully, Robbie and Jamie will continue to rebuild trust with the residents. I am thankful for both of their follow through, communication and resolution to this issue. Sadly, I’ve had the same experience with the property manager at as the previous review. I am a travel healthcare worker on a short term lease and Andrew is the property manager. Since his agency took over Paceline and Geo - it has been chaotic with constant issues. There are currently fees over $2000. on my account that he just placed onto my account- I have written out and printed proof of payment for these fees he placed on my account- I have emailed and called in excess to try reach him to discuss -as I always pay my bills on time and do not like having a balance due on my account, especially inaccurate fees. The inaccurate fees he placed onto my account are unacceptable - As noted in previous review, the assistant manager has been great, however is not able to help as Andrew is always “busy and/or unable to return by call or email due to being short staffed”. This has been over a month of making efforts to reach him. Aren’t we all busy with jobs that are short staffed?! I’d think twice before moving into a complex with a property manager that is very sneaky, unable to be reached and will clearly place large financial balances onto your account, that are not correct- and he will not call or discuss them with you. I move out in a few months and sadly will be hiring a lawyer if I don’t hear back as I’ve worked very hard to ensure the bills I owe are paid on time. I Hope no one else has to experience this, there are lots of great complexes in the area- if you don’t want added fees I’d avoid this place.
