The tech that came out, Gerardo Doran, was very professional and courteous. He kindly asked to see the problem and quickly took pictures of the affected areas. I appreciated his timely response to the issues that he was called out for. He couldn't fix anything because it was something he isn't authorized to do. However, he was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the next process.
