First, Anthony was fantastic. We flew from Texas to check out apartments and he made viewing and understanding the property super easy; totally accommodating our on-the-fly time change. Very personable. The actual property is kind of an oasis compared to many that we viewed. The appliances were new and the natural light the apartment we saw was pretty amazing. So many community spaces. Negatives: Parking, but it’s Oakland, so that’s kind of an issue everywhere.

The apartment is lovely and common spaces are excellent! Best part of my experience has been communicating with apartment managers, Anthony and Sarah. They’re so easy to reach and incredibly helpful and prompt with answers to my questions and needs. They’ve made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend The Alice House!
