We recently bought a house and moved out of Alpine Village. Our experience here was good. Really the only complaint I have is that the outside could really use some work. It looks a little run down, but inside my apartment was completely remodeled before I moved in. The maintenance seems to know what they are doing and always fixed my issues in a pretty timely manner. The office girls are so nice and always knew me by name which is more than I can say for my last apartment complex. I can't speak for the corporate office (other reviews say they are pretty bad) because I never really had to call them for anything. When we moved out I got a bill and there werent any charges that I wasn't already expecting. I feel like people only write reviews when they are mad or they didn't get their deposit back or something. I feel like they were pretty honest with me and I want to make sure other people know that. Paying my rent was easy because I was able to pay online every month with no extra cost for using the online payments. I can't really think of anything else so overall it was a good experience and my favorite apartment before buying my house.

Love the staff (Brooklyn is awesome!) and maintenance personnel! Enjoying the character and atmosphere of the apartment I'm in, and the neighbors so far are pretty quiet and very nice! Also, pet friendly!
