Miesha and I can’t remember the Leasing Manager name did AMAZING !! with getting me and my husband the BEST price for our townhome !! And they were SUPER sweet I’m very much excited for my new home I’ve always wanted a townhome but it can get expensive but they worked with me day and day out for two weeks straight making me feel comfortable .. whoever is in the corporate office for Magnolia Terrace thank you for these amazing women their vibes are what truly made me want to move here

Improvement has arrived and progress has begun. I would like to take the time out to welcome the New Management Team and give them a BIG THANK YOU for jumping into action quickly to ensure all concerns, issues and work orders are taking care of in a timely manner without skipping a beat or dropping the ball while transitioning into place, getting settled in and becoming familiar with the property as well as the residents. Marlies and Mi’Esha i welcome you both with arms open wide as we prepare to embark on this journey of putting the pieces together and connecting the dots. You Ladies came in swing and knocking the baseball ⚾️ out of the park with prompt and fast service, reaching out and follow ups, upgrades and turn arounds, but most importantly for having great Customer Service and getting to know your residents and not to mention getting the job done with a smile😊. If i must say so myself, the Houston Astros don’t have nothing on y’all at all. You Ladies are constantly hitting home runs throughout the property on a daily (bases) even when all the (bases) are fully loaded with contractors, deliveries, landscaping, make ready(s), move-in’s, plumbing(plumbers), phone calls, residents and last but not least the walk-in’s. Welcome Ladies once again, keep up the good work, this property is LUCKY to have y’all. Also Thanks to Rogelio the New Lead Maintenance guy for being such a great help and for being knowledgeable in all areas in his field. You all are appreciated by me, job well done.
