I have experienced the best future residential services of my life here at Milano at Wrstchase. The staff, especially Johnetta Taylor, were friendly and helpful… Anytime I had a question about the property, I received a prompt responses. Whether it was about the application fee, deposit amounts, or move in dates, the staff quickly and thoroughly ensured that I would have an optimal living environment. I intend to move here as soon as my lease is up where I currently reside and I am strongly moving into these apartments. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and I believe moving here will be the best decision ever!
Milano Apartment's managment team gets 5 stars for the efforts they made to go above and beyond to move me into my new apartment!! They provided excellent customer service. Kudos to the property manager and the assistant manager - they are true superstars..which is hard to find these days.
Awesome experience, Johnetta took great care of us and got us into the unit we've been looking for a long time. Explained all the details needed to complete the online application, gave us a non-rushed tour of the units available and put herself to our services if any future questions are needed to be answered. After we were gone she followed up with a call with more details and we were able to complete the application in just a blink. Our first visit to this community and already signed. Thanks again Johnetta for your assistance and dedication.
Upon moving in I did have a few hiccups that I was very upset and concerned about and wanted to go ahead and terminate my lease however I really really had been eyeing this community and the location for quite some time and was devasted if I had to move. Key word "had" but thankfully Micky and her staff here at Resprop truly turned things around for me and I love my new space! Micky truly showed that she cared and addressed all my concerns and got everything handled and taken care of! I was truly in shock of how dedicated she was to taking care of my needs here. Johnetta assisted her and she is going to make a great Property Manager some day! Kiana was my leasing agent and she was very thorough throughout my initial sign on and addressed all my questions regarding my lease! I hadn't had much interaction with Tiffany other than when I go into the office to return previous tenant mail however, every time I visit to do so, she is always very pleasant! The maintenance staff is really great here also! If I see them on the golf cart, they always waive and tell me hello! Overall, Micky and her team have turned my experience into a very positive one!

absolutely adore the leasing office staff. Tiffany assisted with my move-in process very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Since I’ve moved in all of emails and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. I’ relocated from NC Milano apartments has made TX home .
Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute delight. The amenities are top-notch, from the modern gym to the inviting pool area. The management team is always attentive and quick to address any concerns. The sense of community here is wonderful, with regular events that provide great opportunities to meet neighbors. The location is convenient, with shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. Plus, the well-maintained grounds and secure environment offer peace of mind. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Kiana was very helpful and knowledgeable about the unit I acquired.

Everyone in the office is always super freindly, specially Mrs.Micky. She's has helped us since we moved in. Always making sure that all of our needs are met. She's a great asset to have in your company. Also maintenance always on time and very processionals, great guys.
I moved to Milano in 2023..From Florida with my son..The last people that ran this property were not the greatest..There was one person that went the extra mile...from the old mgt. When Resprop took over this property there is quite a difference..Things are looking up..Micky and Johnetta plus the maintence staff are cleaning up this wonderful property..When I moved in I was promised certain things..I finally got them done this week July 2024..I must comend a young man who did the job..His name is Cornell..Kudos to this mgt..It is also easy to talk with them..FYI I managed a larger property for years in Florida..So if you are looking for a good place..This could be your spot..It does have rules, but all good properties have rules and if you abide by them..Life becomes simplified...

Kudos to Johnetta at Milan Apartments, she is the kind of employee all rental communities hope to have working for them. From beginning to end, attentive, with great knowledge of the products, made our first visit just a breeze, gave us the tour for available units, took the time to explain how to complete the online application and gave us the answers to all our questions. Great seamless experience, will recommend to friends and family, no doubt about.
