This building always have problems and is rotting to its core! The water line is always shut off without warning! Twice this week the water line was cracked! Dirty chemicals and black soil has been over flowing from my kitchen sink and created a pool of water on my kitchen floor! the smell was toxic giving me constant headaches! It destroyed everything in my kitchen! Management stopped the water from running and just left the aftermath of fifth and toxicity there and stated they will not pay for any damages even though it’s due to them hiring low quality contractors that damaged the pipelines! This is definitely the worst place to live!
