I have lived here for 3 years and to my understanding one of the best places to stay if you are working anywhere which is driving distance from Mountain View. It is cheap( these are mobile homes hence they are cheaper) quite, nice community with good management. Maintenance is great and management is very polite and nice to talk to. The only downside of living here is if you move in to a 3bhk and have 3 cars, then parking can be a problem since most of the driveways only allows 2 cars to be parked In short Pros - 1. Quiet Neighborhood 2. Nice houses 3. Good management 4. If you work at Google Mountain View this is the best place to stay since it’s so close. 5. Cheap housing Cons- 1. If you don’t have a car it might be a bit inconvenient since stores are not at walkable distances 2. If you take a 3bhk and have 3 cars it maybe to difficult to park your car The reason I gave 5 stars is because I did not face the cons but I know people who do.

Gated senior community with many different social functions. They also have a good sized community center next to the pool that has a library with a couple of comfy chairs while reading.
