I’ve had mostly great experiences living here, especially thanks to Gustavo and Dora. Gustavo is super friendly and always ready to help with repairs, plus he gives fantastic DIY tips! Dora is truly the heart of this place—she's always on top of things and goes the extra mile to make sure any issues are resolved quickly. If you’re visiting for a tour, definitely ask for her! The building is great, the outside is a little questionable, but the residents look out for each, if there is a lot of action outside. Unfortunately, my experience with Kendra Kiessling, the other leasing agent and community manager, look her up, has been quite disappointing. She is very disorganized and forgetful, not knowing basic details about the residents or the building. It’s frustrating because she’s rarely available in her office, and I’ve had to rely on Dora for assistance. Kendra is out of the loop and is often missing from her office, usually with her pink Stanley cup in hand, magically running an errand. She doesn't know what from where. I had to escalate a situation with her due to her lack of attentiveness and incompetence. Her manager Christian is fantastic. While I love living here, Kendra’s approach definitely needs improvement. If you need something, go to Dora or Christian instead.

Been about 3 weeks since I moved in, its been amazing as Kendra and Dora are very helpful and considerate with the move in process and made things very smooth. Gustavo is also amazing as he has great tips for the apartment and ways to maintain it as well. Management and Maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and the apartment is in walking distance to many different places.
