I’ve had mostly great experiences living here, especially thanks to Gustavo and Dora. Gustavo is super friendly and always ready to help with repairs, plus he gives fantastic DIY tips! Dora is truly the heart of this place—she's always on top of things and goes the extra mile to make sure any issues are resolved quickly. If you’re visiting for a tour, definitely ask for her! The building is great, the outside is a little questionable, but the residents look out for each, if there is a lot of action outside.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kendra Kiessling, the other leasing agent and community manager, look her up, has been quite disappointing. She is very disorganized and forgetful, not knowing basic details about the residents or the building. It’s frustrating because she’s rarely available in her office, and I’ve had to rely on Dora for assistance. Kendra is out of the loop and is often missing from her office, usually with her pink Stanley cup in hand, magically running an errand. She doesn't know what from where. I had to escalate a situation with her due to her lack of attentiveness and incompetence. Her manager Christian is fantastic. While I love living here, Kendra’s approach definitely needs improvement. If you need something, go to Dora or Christian instead.

Been about 3 weeks since I moved in, its been amazing as Kendra and Dora are very helpful and considerate with the move in process and made things very smooth. Gustavo is also amazing as he has great tips for the apartment and ways to maintain it as well. Management and Maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and the apartment is in walking distance to many different places.
I love living here!:) I've lived here for a little over a month and so far so good! the staff is super friendly, they are on point with the maintenance requests and responding with questions and calls. I've always wanted to live in a place that felt like home and wasn't a huge apartment building where you're just a number and I've found nothing but nice people and good community here! I love my apartment and it always smells great in the lobby!:)
I absolutely love Alta Peak! I have lived in other high rise buildings but there is something really special about this one. It is clean and it has a sense of community. Dora and Kendra are always so kind and always willing to say hello and check in whenever I see them. It truly creates such a different experience. They are always having great community events and the building itself is super clean. Security in the later hours, beautiful roof top lounge! The units have huge washer and dryers, gas stove, ac, and great windows! This is definitely an apartment I’ll never forget.

This review is long over due, but If you’re looking to move downtown Alta peak is the way to go !
As a current resident , our complex is very nice and management ensures it stays very clean. My partner and I feel very cared for by management. Dora in particular has taken great care of us and is always checking in, she has gone above and beyond for things like missing packages etc. I am very grateful for her presence here. I haven’t come across other management much but I am sure they have the same energy ! I love that they incorporate fun activities for tenants to participate in so we can mingle with our neighbors. I would give more than 5+ stars if I could :)

A nice place to live with good amenities including a nice gym and a rooftop deck and loft space perfect for work, and events. Maintenance request are answered promptly, sometimes even day of. The building staff is also very friendly, especially Dora at the front desk. The units are very spacious and have lots of windows.
The buildings location is very central which is great for convenient access to transit, food, timbers/ thorns games, bars and shopping nearby. I love being so close to the Max station which makes it super convenient to get downtown, to blazers games and the airport, or going west to Hoyt arboretum and Beaverton! I should note that downtown portland is struggling with houselessness, theft, and safety issues at the present moment. The building obviously has no control over these issues, but Alta Peak has its own security, protected parking, and I don’t ever feel unsafe inside.
There is also a lot of noise particularly from cars on burnside and ongoing construction nearby, which the building is pretty good at insulating, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving your windows open. This is still the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in, has good management during the time I’ve lived here, and is much nicer than similarly priced units in the area.

I recently moved here and the process could not have been easier! Every person at Alta has been so kind to me and extremely helpful. The apartment is everything I could have dreamed of and my friends are equally as impressed with the apartment and staff here. I cannot wait to live here for a long time :)
