This kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, four-burner gas range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher - everything you need to prepare the perfect meal! The primary bedroom is a comfortable size and includes hardwood flooring and ample closet space. This room is large enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed and complete bedroom set with ease. The second bedroom could accommodate a full-sized bed but will also work great as a home office or nursery. The renovations continue throughout the bathroom where you will find stone tile flooring, a modern vanity, and shower with a custom tile surround. There is also an accent wall which adds the perfect pop of character to the space! There is a $50.00 water usage charge due in addition to rent each month. Tenants are also responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet. Pets permitted with $500 deposit and $25.00/month in pet rent. (One pet permitted - must be 25 lbs. or less).
